REQUIREMENTS FS2004

Build to compete with the Boeing 737, the Airbus 320 (with it's brother the 319), is designed to be efficient and cheap to operate. It was the first airliner in the world to be fully Fly-By-Wire.

Also special for an aircraft build in the 1980's is the advanced electronic flightdeck, with six fully integrated EFIS colour displays and innovative sidestick controllers rather than conventional control columns. The A320 also employs a relatively high percentage of composite materials compared to earlier designs.

The A320 program was launched in March 1982, first flight was on February 22, 1987, while certification was awarded on February 26 1988. Launch customer Air France took delivery of its first A320 in March that year. Over a thousand are in operation at this moment, making it one of those aircraft you hardly notice. But passengers like it. It's quiet and, although depending on the operator, often more roomy then then competitive Boeing models.

The model from Aerosoft is fully updated to FS2004 and contains all the main panels, animations and even includes a complete push back module. Inlcudes additional modules like a load editor that loads you aircraft with passengers and weight. There is even a flight plan module that let's you select flight from the Eurowings flight schedule.

For an aircraft in this price range it is surprising that a fully functional FMC is included (we choose the best one around, the one of Flight One) that will push your flight the superb realism. Please note that we did not include a Virtual Cockpit in this model.

I have had the PSS Airbus pro for some time and thoroughly enjoyed it. That said the patch from PSS for FS9 ACOF seems to be taking longer than anticipated so I thought I would give the Aerosoft 'bus a try. I have not been disappointed in the slightest. Ok it doesn't have all the features of the PSS product but it is really close. It is great to fly, look at and you get a wide variety of included liveries; one of the disappointing facets of the PSS set up where you have to buy the "extras". I recommend this add-on to all, I certainly feel that I have value for money and even if and when PSS finally produced thier patch for airbus pro, I will be leaving the Aerosoft 'bus on my system. If you like the Aerosoft 'bus check out their Bae 146, it to is very good and worth the money.

yes-worth every penny,WOW excellent product.A319-you get about 12 liveries,A320 about12 liveries. The aircraft are stunning, inside and outside. It takes over 1 gb of hard drive space,I thought phoenix-simulation was good with there airbus, but detail on this one is better.Excellent value for money, just 10 gbpounds.

I've been on the lookout for a good A319 add-on, saw this one and bought it as it was at a reasonably low price. Initial impressions after installing where not great (I found the autopilot dials hard to read), but having flown it now for a few hours I must admit I've really grown to like this plane. It's great to fly, the FMC is great to have though a little fiddly to get started - it's setup for FS2002, you need to read the readme.txt for info on how to set it up for FS9 (though this is nothing more than adding a folder).
For the price, it's great value for money, and a worthy addition to the hangar.

If you’re looking for the in-depth simulation level of SSW,PMDG or PSS, then this is not for you. But if you want a neat little plane that you can jump into and fly then this is a MUST have. Navigation is possible with the default GPS or an external Boeing FMS. I’m very happy with this product and highly recommend it, especially for the price you pay!

This aircraft is very good value for money. It looks good and is very easy to fly.I love the engine sounds too, very realistic.A few nice little extras too like overwing view with moving flaps and speed brake and opening cargo door.No virtual cockpit, but then the frame rates are very good.Had the Phoenix a320 and that is a nightmare for fs2004.
