Agriculture: You Can‘t Live Without It!

In Agricultural Simulator 2012 idyllic, expansive landscapes with lush pastures and fallow fields are waiting for you. Take over the role of a farmer and earn money by selling goods. But be aware: There is a lot of work to be done until you have your first finished goods.

In the 2012 version of the Agricultural Simulator you will be able to work with original machines from Fendt, Challenger, Massey Ferguson and Valtra. It is up to you if you want to drive the tractors directly or if the AI should do the work and you concentrate on the business part of the game. The income earned can be invested in more powerful farm equipment.In the multiplayer mode you can play together with your friends. This includes a very funny COOP mode.

Purchased both this 2012 and 2011 both of which seem to have problems in my environment (nothing else does).
Issues so far with 2012:-
*Runs my GPU flat out making it sound like a hair drier. There's no built in tools such as VSync or FPS limit to combat this. I should also point out that this is on low graphical settings with an Nvidia GTX560TI 2GB which is pretty respsectable GPU.
*Input devices don't seem to work, I've tried an XBox360 controller and a Microsoft Sidewinder 2. The input from both is detected in the game's control configuration screen but has no effect in the game itself.
*The game seems to be a long way from ballanced if you want to get ahead just breed rabits before the first months over you'll be earning 100,000 euros a day. If you're really in a rush to get some money look carefully at the buy and sell prices and you'll notice anomalies such as rabbits being able to buy rabbits at 10euro and immediately sell them for 47euro.
*Sometimes going into the help screen will result in you not being able to get back out and losing your progress.
*Should you have any problems you'll have to seek support on the predominantly German forums. They seem to want to help but have difficulty conveying that help in English.
I could go on but my intention was simply to tell you enough to get you to do a little research before purchasing so that you could make an informed decission.

Shame on this company for not resolving the endless issues with version 2011. Most buyers on their support site are demanding a refund or fixes. Buyer beware!
