The Martin Mars at Sprout Lake, Canada.
In 1999 I made a trip from Alaska down to Florida. During this magnificent journey I was able to film all kind of aircraft, ranging from old bombers to modern airliners.
This video starts with Canada where you can see the two Martin Mars flying boats at Sprout Lake in British Columbia.
Then we travel to Alaska where you can join me on a flight in a C-54 from Roger Brooks in a flight to a remote strip, high above the arctic circle. After Alaska we go down to various states in the USA including Georgia where you see one of the two flying Carvairs of the world. Finally further down to Florida, and see Albatrosses and other props.

Technical notes
All our DVDs are PAL system. However, if you're not watching your DVDs on a computer, you still need to ensure they are compatible with your national TV system. Many US DVD players are multi-region, not multi-system, and you will need to buy NTSC DVD-Rs. Some early DVD players won't play DVD-Rs. If in doubt, ask APVW to check if your machine is OK for this format. All our DVDs will play in any computer DVD drive.
We offer DVD+R and DVD-R. If you don't know what type of DVD your player accepts, send the type of the player to APVW and they will find it out.
