I downloaded the free version from the net some time ago. I do not know if this is the same product, made by the same developers, but; I had a very hard time launching and flying the Shuttle.
I'm sure there is a special way to do this, but; the product I downloaded had no support.
If this is the same product, I'd make sure you have a support address or number because this simulation is the hardest I've tried. Yet, the model is great, scenery is excellent, and the missions seem to be very fun and educational.
