The end result is worth the effort.
This is a very handy, if unrealistic, way to navigate a complicated airport.
The activation process is a little complicated: we are used to copying a key and pasting it. In this program the key is the entire message which you are sent.
Clear instructions are given on how to activate, which involves opening FSX,closing it and then opening it again.
Once activated, you have to update the runway database, with FSX closed, then open FSX again. The manual (which appears to be written by a Taiwanese Russian, so strange is the English sometimes)does not tell you that the GPS is only visible once you have gone into Views and ticked GPS under instrumentation.Once I realised this, the program works well, you access the small menu from Add-ons in the main FSX menu and bring up the screen for choosing where you want to go, there are all the runways listed. You can also choose from a myriad of places to park.
My only criticism is that the GPS is not visible from outside the aircraft. I usually navigate runways with the outside view and it would be handy to see it.
One added bonus is that their support is outstanding. I had a query answered the same morning on a Sunday.
