Fischer Air invited us to visit Europe's most interesting, challenging airports with them. We took the opportunity and filmed these flights and made our first cockpit DVD.

The Prague based company Fischer Air was founded in 1996 by Mr. Václav Fischer - the owner of the biggest Czech tour operator FISCHER and a highly successful Czech businessman, very well known in the European travel industry. The programmed charter flights are operated for the tour organizer FISCHER out of Praha, Brno, Pardubice, Karlovy Vary and Ostrava airports to more than 30 destinations in more than 10 countries. The average utilization of the FISCHER AIR aircraft belongs amongst the highest ones in the B737 worldwide fleet.

On the DVD you'll find the following flights:

  • Prague - Mallorca -Ibiza
  • Tivat - Prague (including landing at Tivat)
  • Prague - Madeira
  • Prague - Antalya - Bodrum - Prague
  • Samos - Prague (including landing at Samos)

The DVD includes music of a well known European musician Edvin Marton

I recently bought the DVD Exotic European Airports.
Allthough it isn't a bad film at all, I must admit
that I never had a "WOW!"-moment during the emision.
One sees some cockpit- and wingtipviews and
some beautifull landscapes, but that's it.
There is no comment at all. The captain murmures a verry short explanation of the main flight systems. The info he gives, knows
even an absolute beginner!
A resonable question that comes up is,
what do you want more, then?
Well buy this DVD, and compare it with e.g.
a JUST Planes or an ITVV DVD, and you'll
notice a tremendous difference.
Conclusion: not bad, but there is much better
stuff to buy at simmarket, concerning the 737
