Flight Environment

From the publishers of FS Clouds comes a totally new environment for Flight Simulator 2004!

Flight One Software, in cooperation with Peter Wilding, has developed a new add-on utility that will make you want to experience your favourite virtual flights all over again.

Flight Environment adds beautifully rendered clouds, all new water environments, and a randomizer that can create over 170,000 different combinations of clouds, water, and sky, so each flight is a new and refreshing experience.

Thousands of Cloud Options: Flight Environment includes thousands of cloud sets, all created with painstaking care and attention to detail, to work in any weather theme and situation - including real weather - and 3rd party add-ons such as Active Sky - FS Metar - FS Meteo, etc. You can fly for years on end without seeing the same high quality cloud combinations or sets repeat.

Multiple Water Environments: Over 27 combinations of water environments are designed to interact with the sky and cloud environment in subtle and effective ways to produce stunning levels of realism. Wave size will vary, water tones and color will vary, reflection surfaces will vary, and white water crests will at appear random.

Tropical Waters & Coral Reefs: Tropical regions have life-like corals and variations in water tones and colors that interact with the sky and weather conditions. Use of a new development technique allows the color to vary depending on the angle of light hitting the surface and the distance from the water is from the aircraft. This produces a visually striking tropical environment.

You Are In Control: Full manual or automated control of the environment will ensure the virtual Flight Simulator world can be adapted to suit the ease of use or depth of use required of the casual or demanding user.

Preflight Preview: An easy-to-use interface allows the option to preview a particular setting before the flight starts or experience the surprise element and be completely at the mercy of weather's unpredictable nature.

Blue Skies and Fiery Sunsets: Flight Environment contains several sets of sunrise and sunset textures that will improve your FS skies with realistic sky color during various times of day. Set FS at dawn or dusk and watch Flight Simulator 2004 explode with fiery oranges and reds like never before.
