FSADDON - IT'S YOUR PLANE

"Captain, it's your plane....", Michelle says with a melodious but firm voice. You grasp the yoke a little firmer and peer through the fog, trying to make out the runway lights that should be visible by now. "Flaps 20", you bark to your co-pilot, hands moist with tension.
"Flaps 20...", Michelle repeats and moves the flaps lever to the required position.
You 'feel' the slight attitude change of the big aircraft, and you see the speed reduce further.
Where the heck are those lights.... !!??

At that point your wife pokes her head around the door of your 'office'. "Dinner is ready in 5 minutes, hon !"

"It's Your Plane" (aka IYP) is a program conceived and developed by Robert Cezar of Canada in close cooperation with FSAddon Publishing, that will forever change the way you use your Flight Simulator.

We think that it will pretty quickly join the ranks of such 'classics' as FSNavigator, FSUIPC and similar 'uitilities' !

Here is what it will do !

• It will let you TALK to the sim (via your co-pilot Michelle)
• Michelle will not only hear you, AND reply, she will also UNDERSTAND what you want!
• It contains an enormous list of aviation terminology and 'pilot speak' sentences and words
• IYP will allow your co-pilot to actually FLY the aircraft, following YOUR spoken commands
• It contains ALL necessary checklists and procedures; your co-pilot will read them to you
• Michelle KNOWS about aircraft speeds, altitude and procedures and will warn you when necessary
• When you ask for 'the weather' you will get the real-time weather via our server
• You control the MS built-in ATC with your voice as well !
• Michelle will at times even speak to your passengers, telling them what they can see below
• The Base Pack works for the default MS Boeings 737, 747 and 777
• IYP works on both FS2004 and FSX (available a few weeks after initial FS2004 release; FREE update)
• The program knows ALL FS's airports and airfields and associated data

• IYP NOT ONLY adds the option to TALK to your sim, via the Microsoft Speech SDK. And it NOT ONLY has your co-pilot, the lovely (we think) Michelle TALK TO YOU.
  No, it does MUCH MORE than just that.

  IYP is not a 'speech recognition' program that just translates to pressing keys on the keyboard.
  Instead IYP contains a wealth of built-in aviation- and flightsim related phrases, words and expressions that Michelle recognizes.
  And not only does she recognize what you are saying, she then also knows WHAT TO DO with it. It means you can TALK TO HER in a NATURAL WAY, using the realistic phraseology that REAL PILOTS use.
  AND then some.....
• It ALSO contains all the basic checklists needed to perform an ENTIRE FLIGHT from boarding the passengers to closing down the aircraft's systems at the destination airport! You do NOT have to remember them... you do not have to READ them even....
  Michelle does that FOR YOU ! And she reads them out loud, asks you to perform actions yourself, or even does them for you !
  You can use ALL the checklists, or choose them yourself.. fully flexible.

But there is more !!! (Does this sound like one of those Tell-n-Sell TV commercials? Believe me, this is BETTER!).

• Michelle will also speak to the passengers, telling them at random intervals WHAT can be SEEN outside the aircraft. The information is based on the ACTUAL LOCATION of the airplane, just like the real thing !

• During the extensive testing by a bunch of really dedicated and enthusiastic simmers, some additional documentation was developed, and that pretty much has now evolved into a 'learning guide' for flying the (default) heavies.... the Boeings 737, 747 and 777.
• More guides are in the making, and our goal is to provide you with a real, dedicated 'How To guide' for flying airliners, WITH the help of Michelle of course ! .....".

What you need to know

• You will need to download, install and TRAIN Microsoft's (free!) Speech SDK !
• And you will need Internet access
• And MS's Internet Explorer browser
• A microphone and speakers or headset
• IYP is available for both FS2004 and Flight Simulator X
• The Base Pack includes the handling of default MS Boeings 737, 747 and 777
• IYP includes extensive documentation
• It runs on a central server, your investment is protected
• FSAddon.com Publishing is guarantee for stellar user support
• Extended documentation (learn to fly the heavies) is under development and will be available for free
