This standalone version;
Real New Zealand Rotorua and Tauranga; (includes both FS2004 and FSX versions)
The FSX Collection;
The Real NZ Rotorua and Tauranga update for existing owners.

Note that there is no boxed version of this product! If you want to purchase the scenery on CD, it is included in the 'Real NZ' Rotorua and Tauranga version.
