WestJet started operations on Feb 29th, 1996 with 3 aircraft. The 737-700 featured on this dvd started joining the fleet in 2001. By the end of 2004 the airline had flown more than 32 million guests and by the end of 2005 the average age of the fleet was just 2 years.
