Performance test on low-end PC

Pentium IV 4.0GHz single core, 3GB RAM and nVIDIA8800GT GPU:

30-32 fps (recorded with Fraps) on very dense settings and 30% road traffic
22-24 fps (recorded with Fraps) on maximum settings and full road traffic
