REQUIREMENTS FS2002 FS2004

MALAGA2003. Beside the Balearic and Canarian Islands Malaga is sure one of the leading destinations for international charter flights in Spain. With its traffic of 10.4 million passengers a year Malaga increased its air traffic even in this hard times. A main reason is sure the great amount of flights from the UK. London, Manchester and Luton are the most frequent destinations of Malaga.

The scenery contains the international airport of Malaga (LEMG) with its airport museum, the old terminal buildings and the military part. For the first time sim-wings included a PDF manual in german and english language with information about the installation process and the airport history.

Static aircrafts can be removed if you want to use pure AI-traffic.

Congratulations to SimWings on this one - this is definately the best of their sceneries so far and generally one of the best I've ever seen.
Living in the UK, I used to take holidays to Spain's south coast frequently, so I got used to the layout at Malaga. The job these guys have done is stunning! Everything is here, including the train station outside the airport (complete with railway lines and trains), the elevated roadways leading up to the terminal, the huge San Miguel brewery on the approach road, and the front half of an old Iberia DC9, now used for crew training. I must say that Malaga is one of the most innovative and elegant airports in Spain, built mainly to resemble a Moorish Palace - it's totally unorthadox compared to the usual and often boring Spanish charter airport, so I suppose choosing to recreate this field for FS2002 was inevitable. The characteristics of the real airport guarantee to make this scenery a must for everybody, especially those who either live near, or have been to, Malaga. The only con I can think of with this product is a common fault with all SimWings sceneries, if you collect enough of them - the static aircraft are very repetitive amongst the various packages, i.e. if you fly into Ibiza (using the SimWings Ibiza scenery), you'll see the same selection of aircraft as you would here at Malaga, where you'll see the same as you'd see at SimWing's Tenerife, and so on and so forth. This doesn't, however, affect one's enjoyment of the scenery enough to go and start knocking points off, so this still gets a 5...
