In this film we give you an opportunity to join us in Piper Cherokee Cruiser for a flight. The 28 minute long downloadable video starts from the preflight inspection of the aircraft and tanking. When the plane was ready we took off on the runway of Tallinn airport. Our destination was at a fresh airfield in Rakvere City (usable runway distance less than 2600 feet) which is located in the eastern part of Estonia.
Everything did not go according to plan, after some cruise we approached some CB clouds which had heavy rain inside. Fortunately the pilot navigates a safe route out of there. We have filmed the complicated approach and landing at the small airfield from inside and outside the airplane to make the video more enjoyable. The landing was a bit bumpy but very successful.
After a few hours we took off again back to Talinn Airport. Just after departure the sun started to set which gave you a breathtaking view you will never forget. The cruise, approach and landing back home are filmed from the captain's perspective.
