Extended Pilot Logbook for FS 2004 and FSX.
Most serious virtual pilots like to have their flights statistics, and Flight Simulator actually provides some tools for this task. However, the flight records that are created by the internal Simulator tools are not complete nor obvious. Flights in MSFS 2004 and FSX are recorded separately, and there are no effective tools for filtering flight records included into internal Simulators itself, etc.
Extended Pilot Logbook add-on drives such problems away. Using this tool you’ll always have complete and accurate information about all your flights (both in MSFS 2004 and FSX) in one place and up to date. You can also view a graphical representation of your flight statistics and filter your flight records according to various combinations of custom parameters. To support flight statistics exchange, you can create HTML and text reports, and also integrate with other Extended Pilot Logbook databases.
Extended Pilot Logbook add-on consists of “invisible” gauges for MSFS2004 and FSX, which provide a flight recording, and advanced Viewer application to see and analyze your flights statistics.
Each flight record contains the following information:
- Simulator type (FS2004 or FSX)
- Aircraft type
- Departure airport (ICAO, name, city, country)
- Arrival airport (ICAO, name, city, country)
- Departure time (both simulator and computer ones)
- Arrival time (both simulator and computer ones)
- Flight time
- Time of the day in % of flight time (day, dawn/dusk, night)
- Flight distance
- Average flight ground speed
- Maximum reached flight altitude
- Takeoff data: weight, rotation speed
- Landing data: weight, speed, vertical speed, G force, angle of attack at touchdown
- Weather conditions on takeoff and landing (the following weather conditions are detected: strong side-wind, low visibility, strong turbulence, strong wind shear, thunderstorm, strong snow, strong rain, rain, snow, icing)
- Flight rules
- Flight result (Success, Cancelled, Crash, Crash after landing)
Using Extended Pilot Logbook you can filter your flights list according to various combinations of criteria, view a graphical representation of your statistics, and check your type ratings for all the airplanes that you use. |
