    Great product!
While the logbook in FSX/FS9 is handy I could not rely on it, as it seemed to corrupt itself from time to time and lose many hours.
I really like this logbook as it will give you more information than the default logbook will and it has a “stand-alone” viewer so that you can “check-out” your flight time/history without having to load Flight simulator.
I cannot say enough good things about Skytalkteam's support.
I had a unusual problem with my system, "Extended Pilot Logbook" and only one particular "pay ware" aircraft. Although It was not easy to fix, and took some time,the support was nothing short of fabulous!
My issues were resolved and I love this logbook.

    Hello everyone
I could not resolve an issue with the software. After about 5 minutes of flying, FSX freeze. I tried for the last two weeks many times to contact the folks at Skytalkteam to help me.
I understand it is a small company. Nothing.
I must say, that before I downloaded the program, I asked them a few questions. Michael, the skyTalk Team Lead Developer, was very fast to reply. Since then nothing.

I woulk like to understand why they don't care about their customer.
I even did a full format of my drive to find out where is the problem. I installed it, no more add-on besides FSUIP 4.60a and the same problem occured. I suggest that this software should be available as a demo or trial period. I feel I waste about 21$ CDN
I was also forced to by a registered copy of FSUIP to use this program properly. I will be very happy to hear from them again...
