TOPCAT is an acronym for Take-Off and Landing Performance Calculation Tool and is a highly realistic, easy-to-use planning tool for all serious flight simulator enthusiasts.
It brings into a single application all of the calculations required to plan for safe and repeatable take-offs and landings.
TOPCAT will provide you, the captain, with Load Sheets, Flight Reports, Individual Runway Tables, Take-off and Landing Performance Reports including all relevant speeds (V1, VR and V2), optimum thrust/flaps configurations, de-rated and assumed/flex temperatures and stop margins.
TOPCAT was developed by professional airline pilots resembling real-life software.

Ein top Tool!
Es errechnet den nötigen Take off thrust und den Take off Temperatur (auch Take off derate ist möglich) und die V Speeds, außerdem verrät es von welcher Bahn man starten sollte. Auch Kalkulationen für intersection Take offs sind möglich!
Man braucht sich nie mehr die Frage stellen ob die Startbahn reicht oder nicht.
Außerdem erhält man das Aktuelle Wetter für den Departure und den arrival, man kann damit auch Diversion einplanen und es errechnet den dafür benötigten fuel aus (inkl. Loadsheet)!

Finally there's a tool to calculate all Take-Off and Landing data for PMDG's 747 series. And not only that: Weather data for departure, destination and all diversions can be downloaded, printed and directly used for the calculation. Do I have to mention that loadsheets, TO and landing cards can be printed as well? With this tool flight planning is fun! |
