Welcome to Aspen. A crown jewel of outback Colorado mountain flying. This is the Aspen Regional airports little brother to the north. Sitting atop of a small flat area, with trees covering 1 side, and a large mountain covering the other, this airport makes a great challenge for anyone looking for a nice little pit stop along their mountain flying trip. It offers multiple gliders that are all prepped to soar the canyon, and restaurants that over look the runway. A plane spotters paradise, and a pilots getaway.
