TSS is proud to announce the release of the TSS Gripen Rm-12 Soundpack for FS2004.

With this soundpack,we have captured all the best Gripen sounds, and put them together, to combine a truly stunning representation of the Gripen. This sound gives you the real feeling of being a Gripen driver.

RM12 development

The Volvo Aero modification of the F404 consists increased performance, greater resistance to bird strikes and designed for single engine use safety criteria.

60% of the engine parts are produced by GE and then shipped to Sweden for final assembly. The fan/compressor discs and case, compressor spool, hubs, seals and the entire afterburner are designed and produced in Sweden.

Maximum thrust is 80.5/54 kN (wet/dry).

Besides the real high end recordings of the engines, this sound also includes:

Real Autopilot sound.
Real Stall sound.
Custom Wind.
Custom Gear.
Custom flaps.
Custom Startup / shutdown sounds
and ambient cockpit sound, just to bring the experience up, from within the cockpit.

The Saab JAS 39 Gripen (Swedish: "griffin") is a 4.5 generation fighter aircraft manufactured by the Swedish aerospace company Saab. Gripen International acts as a prime contracting organisation and is responsible for marketing, selling and supporting the Gripen fighter around the world.

The aircraft is in service with the Swedish Air Force, the Czech Air Force, the Hungarian Air Force and the South African Air Force, and has been ordered by the Royal Thai Air Force. A total of 236 Gripens have been ordered as of 2008.
