NOTES	It is not yet possible to change FS2004 AFD which will result in AI and Progressive taxi not being compatrible with UK2000 airports. A free update will be available in November as soon as AFCAD2 is released.

It also includes the previously released Manchester Airport, which has now been made visually compatible with FS2004.
