Added lighting to some buildings that had no lighting in FS X. For some reason some auto-gen buildings throughout the world had no lighting in FS X. Now they will havel lighting!
Enhanced lighting to the most important important bridges and landmarks.
Frame rate friendly. No impact on framerates whatsoever.

TIP for users with CRT monitors: set your contrast to 100% and you brightness to about 50% in order to see the lighting as it was meant to be seen.
