安东诺夫An-124 Ruslan/Condor是苏联安东诺夫设计局于20世纪80年代设计的一款战略空运货运四引擎飞机。它是世界上总重量最重的货机之一，能够在内部运载高达120吨（264600磅）的货物。飞机由四台Lotarev D-18（进步D-18T）涡扇发动机提供动力，每台发动机能够产生高达229.5 kN（51600 lbf）的推力。为了减少所需的着陆距离，配备了推力反向器。

飞机有一个简单的FMC面板，您可以在其中：查看飞机数据（燃料、重量、所需速度、无线电等）、飞行计划和编辑/更改有关飞行路线的参数（飞行计划中特定点的高度和速度等）-飞行计划必须从游戏菜单加载。

只需在配置器中单击一下（SHIFT+1），飞机驾驶舱就可以在俄语默认值（公制单位米，公里/小时）和完全翻译的英语（英制单位英尺，节）之间切换。

游戏中的模型能够将发动机罩更改为修改后的发动机罩，如An-124-100M-150（配置器SHIFT+1）。

Hello everyone, i recently bought the AN124 for P3Dv5 and wanna give my review on it So the modeling is very well done! From the inside and outside perspective! I dont know if they are 100% accurate, but what is 100% perfect?! I have just some issues with the outside, it looks very very shiny and the material doesnt look that real for me. 2. Textures The textures of the aircraft are great! You can choose between the english and russian version of the cockpit (language), i currently have my P3D on the highest setting i can (texture), and some textures are sadly still very blurry, i hope there will be an update coming, and they newer the textures! 3. How the aircraft feels The aircraft itsself flies very great, and it also feels like you are flying a very heavy aircraft! I havent done any flight yet, for now i was just playing around with the aircraft, but judging the handling from what ive been doing, it feels really realistic! 4. Systems The systems are great, most of the buttons are useable, and they also do something in the aircraft, there are many buttons to switch which means it will take a lot of time, but this addon gives you a bit of a co pilot helping you, which i will talk about later again. Therer was just one feature i would really wish to have: A fully custom FMS. On the pictures you can see a FMS sitting there, it also works very fine, but there is one thing that is really annoying. Its the routing system, sadly you have to load youre flight plan into P3D's navigation system, for the FMS to capture it, and you also cant enter any departures, which is even worse, because when doing a realistic flight you just want departure routes, and not specific headings, like doing a operation from leipzig. 5. Sounds The sounds of the aircraft are very well i have to say! The engines just dont sound that realistic, but the aircraft is 20 euros, and maybe there will be an available soundpack in the future. All the switches have the same sound, which is for me no problem. 6. Systems depth On the An124 most of the buttons work, and are clickable, some ofc do not work, but i think they arent needed for any operation without failures. 7. Additions to the addon The addon comes with a very very detailed manual, showing you every single knob the aircraft has! 7.1 Additions If you press SHIFT + 1, there will be a menu that opens. This menu gives you some incredible features, like changing the engine exhaust to the newer modell of the an124! You can also do, that youre battery turns on, the engines can be turned on by a button, and you can open the nose and get a bit of ground service! 7.2 Additions You come with some liveries, i dont know the names of the liveries, but i think they are all included, and i dont think you will be missing any livery. 8. Installation Very easy, just open the .exe and done! All in one This aircraft is very good for its price, i have some trouble starting up the engines, but its also a very hard aircraft to fly i tihnk. You get many liveries to choose from, the depth in the system is very good for this cheap price of just 20 euros. I just hope there will be some updates coming to the aircraft, like a fully custom fms, where you can enter the route by yourself, and some upgraded textures Thank you flyfreestd, for this great addon!

I recently bought this aircraft, and from my first imperssions i am very suprised, what you can get for such a low price of about 20 euros. The aircraft has a great system, sadly i cant tell if its accurate, since i have never entered the AN124 in reallife. Most of the buttons are clickable, and user friendly, sounds are okay, not bad and not high level sounds, but for as said 20 euros, amazing! Sadly from my side i have some issues starting up the airplane, but this may be a skill issue. The aircraft comes with a very nice and detailed manual, telling you everything you need. One thing i find a bit confusing, on the showcasing pictures, you can see some high definition textures, sadly i am not able to get those in the simulator. I have set my P3Dv5 on the highest texture quality possible, and the textures dont look that good as showcased, maybe they are using P3Dv6. but who knows. The text is a bit blurry. Everything is readable, but i would like some higher textures. Outside modeling looks great too! You can do very much in this airplane. By pressing Shift+1 (as said in the manual) you can open a menu which lets you rather set the cockpit to the english or russian language, which i find very usefull! You can also set if you wanna start the engines, if you wanna start the navigator panel up. A nice little assistent! I sadly cant give the option to give 3 and a half stars, so imma choose the 4 stars option. It could have potential to a 5 star airplane, and one of the best addons i have ever bought for 19,04 euros, but there are still some things i dont very like. 1. The outside of the aircraft looks very shiny, and the material just a bit like plastic or something 2. The FMS! I really like the FMS, and that the developer is giving us a way to have a real navigation system, like in the newer Antonows. but i find it really sad that you cant enter the route yourself. You have to do it via the P3D standart navigation system. So a little suggestion by me is, that you should be able to enter the route yourself. (Maybe im wrong and they are using CD's like in the eurofighter to upload a route) Result and my opinion: The Aircraft in generell is very good for such a low price. I didnt excpect much of the aircraft since the beginning, i just wanted a nice cargo plane. But now, i am really convinced, that this is a great addon! It features a half custom FMS, mostly all buttons are switchable, and there is a great manual. You can do many actions via the shift+1 menu, like open the nose, get ground serivce (kinda), get a little assistent to help you fly, and choose between the engine exhaust.
