-Fix the photo ground gap due to USA and Pacific last update.
-Remove the New excedent of vegetation on shorelines of 8 islands
-Remove double POI with Pacific update
-Add a new one enhancement airport : John Rodgers PHJR
-Add animations : gliders, helicopter, skydivers, people and nightlight on enhanced airports
