Designed as a minimalist, affordable aircraft, the Junior was marketed as "built to sell for the price of an automobile in the medium price class". The Golden Age Simulations Curtiss CW-1 Junior is a low and slow flyer ideally suited for exploring the hidden scenery details and "Easter Eggs" found throughout the flight simulator environment. This is a no frills aircraft simulating flight in its most basic form. It's pusher prop configuration, with the pilot seated forward, provides nearly 300 degrees of forward and lateral visibility. It was said of the original aircraft that the CW-1 was easy to fly but difficult to fly well. We believe that we have captured that quality in our simulation.
