Rome - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, also known as Fiumicino Airport, is the busiest airport in Italy, also serving Vatican City. It is located in Fiumicino, 35 kilometers from the Historic Center of Rome.
The airport is named after the Italian Renaissance genius Leonardo da Vinci, who was the first to design a helicopter and a flying machine with wings.
The Lights have been added to increase the realism of the simulator. They are visible at great distances and over a wide area of the airport. Not only the buildings, but also the Arrivals and Departures terminals, parking and gates are lit in the same way as the real airport.
