New in Me-109 version 1.2:
Added the G-6 variant of the plane as a new plane
changed rudder profile/ incidence/ adapted flight model
changed cockpit textures
changed fuselage model for G2 and G6
changed armament/ added base weapon/ rack weights
removed battery consumption when not flying the plane
Version 1.1
trim indication rotates in wrong direction
left toe brake not animated
oil temp. limit based on other dataref (because stat. probe of pilot can fail)
turn indicator not indicating
flap pitch moment
restrict trop version/ sand effects to better defined areas at startup
wing object doesnt show broken wing correctly
bigger area for fuel pump manipulator
flight model tuning based on jcomms inspiration and several sources (unfortunately, aileron, elevator and rudder response needs to be reduced because original 109 had a roll rate of ca. 2 up to 4 seconds per 45° bank)
head shake/ stall indication off when landed
sand filter wrong animation
moving tail light
restrict stick movement based on phase out of controls
It's okay. Great cockpit, it groundloops like mad until you get used to the technique (lock tailwheel, back elevator to hold tail down, get up to speed, level and gently lift off).
Engine sounds like a lawnmower but there is a fix on the Org.
There are a number of variants included in the package so a bit of choice.
This is an incredibly detailed, beautiful rendition of the classic WW2 fighter. One of the best piston engine aircraft available for X-Plane in 2016. Great fun to fly.
