Basically the author have just taken publicly accessible models of Prague landmarks and placed them into the sim. That wouldn't be a problem by itself, but there were ZERO optimizations done. Many of the buildings do not match the MSFS color palette, and therefore look weird. However, there were also ZERO optimizations done with regards to the performance. Some models (like National theatre, or something in its vicinity) are so hard on performance, that it reduced my normal 40 - 50 FPS in MSFS to 12. This is simply not acceptable, and it's extremely lazy job from the developer, who obviously haven't made any testing by himself. And just to say, my computer is not any kind of low end - i7 9700K, 32GB of RAM and RTX 2070 Super. I have never had this low performance in the sim. Since this addon is unusable, it's not worth buying.
