I rate it 4/5, the product looks nice and has some landmarks, but the variety of buildings is lacking.

Horrible. The developer says that there are more than 150 buildings, but all of them are a copy of 4 or 5 different buildings inserted along the beaches. It has no night lighting. Save your money and wait for a good developer to look at rio de janeiro and do a good work.
