Rouen Vallée de Seine is a french airport (category : minor international) situated in the well known Upper Normandy région. The airport is mainly used for aerial survey, pilot training, air ambulance and business flights. In summer some charters flights connect the airport with Corsica and Spain. It is the busiest airport for aircraft operations in Upper Normandy before Deauville.
