INFORMATIONS ---
PaperCraft Aero Design work to provide a high quality addon. For this, we work with 2K-4K PBR textures.
This addon is presented to you in a clickable version with a complete startup.

STARTUP TUTORIAL ---
Starting the aircraft is simple. Activate the fuel switch, then the master switch.
Finally, turn the key of the magnetos four times to the right (mag right, mag left, both mag and start).

DEVLOGS ---
V1.0 => First Version of UL Stride.
V1.1 => Modified flight model, added livery.
V1.2 => Coming soon, we were working on adding the Wing Flew as well as the clickable part of the Radio. We were also working on the integration of a GPS to allow navigation.

COMMING SOON --
We were actively working to improve our addon. It is planned to add a Radio and a GPS.
The addition of character animations and a ski landing gear for mountain flights are also planned.

(Je trouve...) ayant été pilote privé, pilote ulm 3 axes et pilote planeur que le modèle de vol est plutôt grossier. L'appareil est aussi lourd sur l'axe de roulis qu'un gros porteur (et encore il n'est même pas certain qu'il ne le soit pas davantage !) Et quand à l'énergie cinétique, je dirais que le Discus de mon souvenir avait tout autant de difficultés à "l'épuiser". Esthétiquement ce n'est pas mal sans plus. L'équipement de bord, sans même un vario, sans radio fonctionelle est peu réaliste. Bref, tout ça est dommage. Cet "appareil" ne comble pas, il s'en faut, le créneau des pendulaires. JE REGRETTE DE LE DECLARER PEU RECOMMANDABLE MAIS C'EST UN FAIT...

J'attendais avec impatience un ULM pour profiter de la photogrammétrie des villes ! J'ai eu du mal à le tenir, il n'était pas assez "docile" ! Je ne cherche pas à trouver des sensations de vol réaliste sur cet engin mais à profiter des paysages ! Je suppose que ça va s'améliorer ! J'attends aussi la v1.2 avec l'ajout d'un GPS !!!!! En tout cas merci pour votre travail !

Perfektes großes Sichtfeld als Pilot, ideal als VFR für die Erkundung der MSFS Welt Wenn der Blick nach unten im Cockpit ermöglicht und der Pilot animiert wird, dann 5 Sterne. Auf jeden Fall: SUPER, habe schon sehnsüchtig auf dieses Fluggerät gewartet, da ich auch im FSX sehr gerne damit geflogen bin.

It's a miracle to me how this can actually get a 5 star-rating. So much to complain, so where do I start? First of all, it has working rudders! It doesn't make sense because these things don't have rudders and don't need them anyway. Good news is that you can slip it which is highly unrealistic nonetheless but leads me to my next point. Does this thing have any sort of parasite drag at all? There's no way of bleeding off airspeed properly during approach because it doesn't bleed off any energy whatsoever! Even if you somehow finally made it to approach slowly (around 100kph because you won't get it any slower anyway unless you perform an ILS-like approach from 5NM of distance with power on idle)it floats forever during flare. Don't even think about visiting a short-runwayed ultralight airstrip because it likely won't end up too pretty. Radio works audible but keeps turned off visually. To be fair though that particular point is mentioned in the discription. Sounds aren't too good either overall. It's a pusher prop configuration which has a quite prominent prop noise to it - at least it would in real life. It doesn't regarding this add-on. So far I really cannot recommend it to anyone and it's a bit ridiculous to ask for a price of ~10€ for it.

So… This is actually really nice! The textures are beautiful and the view is unbeatable! It flies REALLY nice and the ground control is spectacular. There are brakes! Even a parking brake (though no visual of any kind in the cockpit) A few issues: Do these guys not test their aircraft in the sim? How is it that it’s listed as My Manufacturer/My Simple Aircraft and a “Flyable Sample Aircraft” is a description in the hangar??? How does THAT get missed? I don’t have any specs - range/cruise speed/max altitude. None of that is present I can retract gear - cause I hear the default sound. Though obviously nothing is actually retracted. This makes me think if you accidentally do it, you won’t be able to land, cause the sim will think the gear is up. The radio instrument on the left in the cockpit is INOP. I can still hear ATC, but… visually it’s dead. This is something that should get addressed maybe? Overall, I am just in love with how it looks and flies. It’s probably the best out of all the ultralights out right now. Visually, it beats all of them for sure. It’s very tame and controllable in the air, but takes a while to bleed off speed (there are NO flaps)… So each of 3 landings I have done, I came in too fast and it was a bit of a challenge controlling it on the ground because it’s too fast, but use the rudder and brakes and you should be fine. It’s a great value for $10! But the cosmetic stuff in how it appears in the sim should definitely get fixed. Would be nice if they did a little manual. Fix those issues and you got yourself a 5 star ultralight aircraft.
