Crowded deck!

Debuting on the Nimitz is our deck configuration technology. Allowing you to get in the shoes of a handler, place crew, vehicles and aircraft from any squadron, anywhere on the ship’s decks in real time, as well as save your custom deck states at will. Experience what it’s like to be a deck handler, trying to squeeze 70+ aircraft in the ship without fouling the decks.

The first carrier-based AI aircraft for P3D

In another first for SWS, an AI guard helicopter is included as a free bonus with the Nimitz!

launch the MH-60 plane guard and watch it take-off, fly out and orbit near the carrier on plane guard duty. After flight ops are finished, call the helicopter back and watch as it guides itself to land on one of the available helipads.

Get a taste of what's coming down the road!

AI ship management

An AI system handles the ship’s systems depending on whether it’s in the launch or recovery state. The AI also controls the ship’s lighting based on time-of-day and prevailing weather conditions.

Of course, you may take over control of the ship’s system at any time and handle things yourself!

Expandable animations

Crew are no longer statues and don't appear out of context! A robust system allows us to spawn animated objects on the ship according to the selected operational state. Shooters & LSOs are the first animated objects finding their way onto the carriers, with more coming as the technology evolves.

Of course, our tow truck system from USS Midway makes a reappearance for those that don’t fancy taxying and prefer to tow their aircraft in place.

Realistic NAVAIDs!

Expanding on our previous implementation of TACAN, CEX carriers now come equipped with an ILS system and SPN-41 ICLS and SPN-42 PALS (requires aircraft-side integration). Furthermore, accurate simulation of the visual landing aids such as IFLOLS and LRLS is now possible, accounting for ship motion and hook-to-eye corrections.

Our visual landing aids (IFLOLS and LRLS) are simulated with a fidelity second to none. The IFLOLS can be set for a glideslope of 3.5, 3.75, or 4.0 degrees, compensates for aircraft size (hook-to-eye) by rolling the light-box just like the real thing, and has three stabilization modes (point, line, and inertial) with realistic lag and limits. To top it off, MOVLAS at three separate stations will be added in service pack 1.

JUSTSIM - EDDS - STUTTGART AIRPORT MSFS

Actually a beautiful scenery. As other users have already noticed, without a navigraph subscription, the arrivals and departures are totally missing here. I repeat it again ... SID and stars for a payware are completely missing if you do not have a navigraph subscription I haven't seen any scenery to this day, it works at other Justsim Airports. Except in Stuttgart. There are freeware providers for this airport, they get something to do here ... justsim not. Poverty and money-making. They are also waiting for an update. It was the last scene from this company.

It's a miracle to me how this can actually get a 5 star-rating. So much to complain, so where do I start? First of all, it has working rudders! It doesn't make sense because these things don't have rudders and don't need them anyway. Good news is that you can slip it which is highly unrealistic nonetheless but leads me to my next point. Does this thing have any sort of parasite drag at all? There's no way of bleeding off airspeed properly during approach because it doesn't bleed off any energy whatsoever! Even if you somehow finally made it to approach slowly (around 100kph because you won't get it any slower anyway unless you perform an ILS-like approach from 5NM of distance with power on idle)it floats forever during flare. Don't even think about visiting a short-runwayed ultralight airstrip because it likely won't end up too pretty. Radio works audible but keeps turned off visually. To be fair though that particular point is mentioned in the discription. Sounds aren't too good either overall. It's a pusher prop configuration which has a quite prominent prop noise to it - at least it would in real life. It doesn't regarding this add-on. So far I really cannot recommend it to anyone and it's a bit ridiculous to ask for a price of ~10€ for it.

lThe truth was great, it improved a lot, it is very fast and fast. I am fascinated by the model. It is my favorite plane. Now after landing the plane tilts sideways and I have to compose it again with the Y key, everything is going well, gps, controls, I would also like more libraries such as the USafy thunderbirds, etc. smoke a verdad estuvo estupendo mejoro bastante es muy veloz y rapido estoy fascinado del modelo es mi avion favorito me gustaria que fuera mas real la poscombustion donde sale el fuego que sea mas realista no ficticio el fuego, tambien me gustaria que mejoraras el tren de aterrizaje al ahora de aterrizar se inclina de lado el avion y tengo que volver a componerlo con tecla Y, de todo va bien, gps, controles, tambien me gustaria mas libreries como los thunderbirds USafy etc muchas pinturas para decorarlo y que se vea increible tambien le falta humo
BRAZIL LAND GAMES - SBFN V2 - FERNANDO DE NORONHA - MSFS

I was looking forward to "go back" virtually to Fernando de Noronha that I visited ten years ago by ship, and was surprised - and disappointed - to see that the unique landmark of this tiny island (the huge rock pointing to the sky) was not even modeled, making this otherwise attractive destination unrealistically represented for anybody who has been there (think about Paris without the Eiffel tower or New-York without the Chrysler building). Not to mention the rather poor rendition of the airport itself! Very disappointing especially after having owned an excellent product for FSX years ago, but obviously not from the same developer.
INDIAFOXTECHO - T-45C GOSHAWK - MSFS
Roland
Graphically the T45 is superb inside and out. It feels very real, almost photorealistic. The one exception is the HUD, which is not collimated and does not work well with TAA. Sound is good; it's not amazing all through the RPM range, but when flying at typical power settings it is very believable. The flight model seems very believable (not being a jet pilot myself). Roll rate is very high (as expected) and you can pull _8G under the right conditions. You can't pull crazy high AoA manoeuvres, which I think is realistic - it's not a fighter with an all-moving tail, canards, thrust vectoring etc. Throttle and control response is overall excellent, which is what you'd expect from something based on the Hawk. The systems are well modelled. All the buttons work and you can perform all the tasks you need in MSFS (navigation, systems management etc). The T45 is quite performance hungry, although there is a "lite" version included if you need to improve FPS - a nice touch. However, I recommend checking if your PC struggles to run MSFS normally. Fi-
nally - it's a lot of fun. You can't beat a low-level flight in the T45 for sheer entertainment value in MSFS.

Really nice for a version 1.0. I'm looking forward to a few minor refinements but a nice aircraft at a fair price.

Its pretty good for its price range, plus it has a bright future.
BLUEMESH - AMPHIBIOUS ULTRA LIGHT AIRCRAFT - SKYWAVES MSFS
JEREMY
Jimmy from BlueMesh was very engaging and responsive to my initial review and released an update today that includes brakes and way better ground handling as well as improved aileron response in air. There are some limitations of MSFS' current implementation of water physics that create some issues, but the developer is working with a real pilot of this aircraft and is interested in keeping realism to the maximum, so - to address any potential concerns here is a few things he pointed out that I thought would be useful to know - Real aircraft is not equipped with a radio, that's why it's inop. - There is no airspeed indicator on it, either. - Drifty behaviour is normal and according to the pilot it's actually a very challenging aircraft to fly, so a lot of that behaviour corresponds with the real-life behaviour of the aircraft. I do recommend this aircraft as I expect Asobo will eventually improve water physics and behaviour of seaplanes in MSFS. Thanks to Jimmy and BlueMesh for a fun aircraft and for being responsive and fair. Jeremy
REDWING SIM - FRIBOURG - ECUVILLENS - LSGE - MSFS

Nice little scenery of Ecuvillens! good job in broad terms, just a few little details like terrain heights accuracy at some places and a little poor textures job on some buildings. but still a very good looking LSGE that will be a pleasure to watch anytime. thanks
LATINVFR - SANTIAGO CHILE SCEL MSFS

Such a high quality airport in a highly underrated country in the MSFS community such as Chile, this is perfect as I love flying around South America. Thank you LVFR for another quality scenery with all the attention to details.
