A long time in the making Franz Luftfahrt is proud to present the Motorized Paraglider better known as a Paramotor aircraft for Microsoft's Flight Simulator X & Lockheed Martin's PREPAR3D Flight Simulator.
It is the smallest and simplest powered aircraft in the world and the easiest to learn to fly. The Franz Luftfahrt Paramotor for FSX & PREPAR3D has been designed to give you a truly realistic feeling of flying a real Paramotor. This experience is enhanced in combination with flights in the many highly detailed scenery series by such renowned developers as ORBX, FlyTampa, 29 Palms, Aerosoft and many more. This slow moving aircraft enables you to fully explore all the details these different sceneries have to offer, while flying low and slow over them.
"Get a feeling of what it is like to fly like a bird, just feet from the ground. It’s like riding a bicycle in the sky!”
The idea behind the FL Paramotor
Inspired by the many ultra realistic, high quality airports and sceneries which have been developed for FSX in the past years, we were looking for a good way to explore them in detail without having to do this in “slew” mode. Flying in and out of a highly detailed ORBX airport wasn’t good enough for us anymore. We wanted to dive into these environments and needed a tool to fully explore these types of highly detailed airports and sceneries in a realistic and playful way. For this we needed a very slow moving aircraft with good all around visibility. The idea for the Franz Luftfahrt Paramotor was born.
This aircraft is a highly detailed rendition of a real Paramotor and includes the following features:
- Incredibly detailed model
- Smooth skin and bone animated pilot and wing
- Full animated Pilots body movement
- Animated “wing up” sequence
- Custom gauges
- Specular mapped textures
- 6 paint variations
- Genuine engine sounds
- Stall buffet effect

Thought I lost the Franz Paramotor as I switched from FSX to P3D V4 long time ago.
Then I found www.avsim.com/forums/topic/522812-paramotor-in-v4 and tried to install:
very simple, in the installer, I selected the Prepar3d V4 main folder.
Then did the update to 1.1
And again much fun the last two hours in Prepar3d V4.5 HF2 with the newborn Franz.
LG SOB
