TAHITI SOUTH PACK MSFS20/24

TAHITI SOUTH PACK MSFS20/24

All things considered, I can’t imagine rating this work at anything under five stars, if only for the sheer ambition of the work put in. I have purchased and begun to explore the Tahiti North bundle, Tahiti South, and the NTAA airport and I cannot heap enough praise on the developer's work here. First off (if you purchase both the North Bundle and South Pack) you'll be pleased to note that EVERY SINGLE AIRFIELD in French Polynesia (and even the Marquesas!) has been custom rendered with carefully placed assets, layouts, and terminal building architecture. That’s 50 airfields. Fifty. Each one custom rendered to closely match its real-world counterpart. That is an astonishing achievement, and, if for nothing else, is well worth the price. But there's much more... Each airport has been realistically populated by a requisite number of animated humans and the terminal flags wave in the wind which adds a great sense of living immersion. The author has wisely generated individual BGL’s for each airport so that they can be selectively disabled if you already own or prefer another developers work at any given location. In addition, 18 of the smaller most picturesque islands/atolls enjoy stunning transparent water masks (using the obligatory "over-water" technique). The remainder of the larger and more massive atolls are fringed with non-transparent/non-reflective reef fringing (reportedly for package file size reduction) which is clearly not as attractive when viewed from lower altitudes or against the sun. But… like the airfields, they also enjoy separate BGL's and so may be selectively disabled on an individual basis if not preferred. Sure, it would be nice to have ALL the islands better water masked of course, perhaps with an option for an increased download size. But considering that no other package available offers anywhere near this many custom airports for this region I cannot justifiably complain. Moving on, should you opt to purchase the NTAA airport package, Tahiti's main International Airport, it has been rendered with great care, utilizing textures that feel naturally worn and lived in, making it in my opinion the best version out there. Like the smaller airfields, the gates and walkways are populated by animated humans and flags, making it feel totally alive. To round out these packages, a wide variety of extras such as both static and animated water vessels, including sea creatures such as dolphins and manta rays may be found populating the surrounding waters around many of the atolls. I even noticed several golfers - with golf carts - were added to the golf course just north of NTTM on Moorea. This small but creative addition exemplifies the type of detail to found here. To assist in user setup, the developers web site comprehensively lists each type of water mask utilized for every island along with tips on how to easily edit the filenames to cater your personal preferences, including a general ledger of where various types of sea life may be observed. Finally, informative downloadable PDFs (in English, French, and German) offering insightful introductory backgrounds on each of the dozens of islands represented may also be found there. In summary, the extensive breadth of coverage, selective versatility, and meticulous detail which has been put into these packages is, in my opinion, extraordinary. Are they perfect? No. Have they been ambitiously and exhaustively created with a with the auspicious goal of realistically rendering ALL 50 OF THE AIRFIELDS scattered across what amounts to well over a million square miles of the South Pacific Ocean? Astonishingly, yes. I thus highly recommend them to anyone wishing to explore the beauty and sheer vastness of French Polynesia.

AIRBUS A220 SERIES PACK FSX/P3D

AIRBUS A220 SERIES PACK FSX/P3D

IVAN EUSEBIO

I am quite dissatisfied with this product. I am using FSX Steam Edition, and the A220-300 model crashes the game. The autopilot altitude hold and airspeed indicators do not change; they can only be activated using keyboard shortcuts, and I do not know whether the engines are supposed to sound like that. The model does not feel right for a paid product.

A PILOT'S LIFE - CHAPTER 2

A PILOT'S LIFE - CHAPTER 2

The addont have been essential for me, but I can't give it more than 3 stars as there are some improvements that have to be done. Many routes are outdated, many hubs missing, for example Ryanair UK, has multiple hubs across the UK, there are many roundtrips in APL from several UK airports that operate as RyrUK in real life but you can only choose egss as a hub, this have been very frustrating for me. I also find the route generator extremelly crappy, it is rerpetitive and not smart at all, it could give you the same roundtrip few times in a row, which annoying and unrealistic. There are routes that make no sense, for example in and from Ukraine, and other non-existent routes. I don't where the devs get their info but mine was crosschecked from wiki, officioal website of each company, and fr24. You can find companies that don't operate anymore - this is not that bad though as the devs could add historical companies like PanAm or Olympic with their fleets and routes. Another thing that in my opinion that could be improved, is the user freedom, the app is very strict, 7 days to change company? It feels like too much time from my life for something I do exclusively as a hobby. And with such price tag, I believe the addon could have been more sophisticated. I really hope there is going to be some update with the routes! Other than that, the addon is essential for me.

Consequences of Piracy

  • Legal Risks: Engaging in piracy can lead to severe legal consequences, including fines and prosecution.
  • Security Threats: Pirated software often carries malware, risking your personal data and system security.
  • Lack of Support: Unauthorized copies do not receive official support or updates, leading to potential issues and vulnerabilities.

How You Can Help

  1. Purchase Legitimately: Always buy add-ons from authorized sellers like SimMarket to ensure you receive authentic products.
  2. Report Piracy: If you encounter pirated add-ons, report them to the authorities or the original creators.
  3. Educate Others: Spread awareness about the negative impacts of piracy and encourage others to support developers by purchasing legitimate copies.
