VIDP-INDIRA GANDHI INTL AIRPORT MSFS20/24

VIDP-INDIRA GANDHI INTL AIRPORT MSFS20/24

A version of VIDP with its current layout had been missing in FS20/24 for a few years. The exterior and interior of the airport are modeled just like I remember them from past visits to New Delhi. This is also of much higher quality compared to the VIDP that was previously available for FS20. I highly recommend this new product! I made a video that features landing in New Delhi and quickly exploring the airport, for anyone who is undecided: https://youtu.be/zUztE00q13o

First of all, it beats any other program you can get out there at the moment, free or not.  Second, the support on this project has been nothing short of perfect. Leaving a small comment on the email they sent me resulted in a patch being dropped about 24 hours later.  If you’re on the edge just go for it, believe me you won’t regret it!

Running this in P3Dv4, and have to ask myself how I ever missed this before. I usually steer clear of most VFR Photoscenery because without the autogen it's just too sterile. This really adds immersion for final approaches into Malpensa, and just being the city area keeps it manageable with a minimal, if even noticable, hit to the framerates. No stuttering, no blurry or badly colored ground textures, and the buildings appear to be custom, so they look like they belong to the area. Textures on th buildings are very well done (a corrugated roof actually looks like it's wavy, instead of just being a plain gray, and even some that appear to have rust on them). The roadways have moving vehicles, and so, combined with the Aerosoft Milan Malpensa just seems alive... Definitely a strong recommendation for those of us that still haven't jumped fully on the Asobo train.

Great Tool. Works superb on X-Plane, P3D and FS2020/FS2024. Love the moving map :-) Looks like there's no manual included, but the startup tips help a lot. Found some pretty cool things like the Logbook World Map thanks to them.

ARCTIC ICEBERGS MSFS

ARCTIC ICEBERGS MSFS

Hello there, I'm an MSFS player and I've tried your Arctic Icebergs mod. Though I enjoy the mod a lot, I have a suggestion about a possible new version for the mod which I think would make it even better.  In the game, there is already an existing sea-ice texture which looks quite realistic. It's only visible in fjords and along coasts at very high latitudes (Svalbard, Greenland, Canadian High Arctic etc.) and only when selecting "live weather" in those places. I was wondering whether you could use that texture to make another version of your mod? In this version, my idea was that the millions of icebergs could be replaced by millions of fragmented icefloes, using the in-game texture. The icefloes are flat and thin, of various sizes (some large, some small), and grouped at various densities (sometimes close together, sometimes far apart) just like your icebergs are in the mod currently.  As for the areas of seasonal flat ice and the polar icecap, you could also replace your current texture with the in-game one which is thinner and, in my opinion, more realistic looking texture-wise.  Besides the visual aspect, one of the reasons I'd be interested in this remodel is because I use MSFS as a ship simulator, and ships are generally able to sail over the icefloes (except for the areas of continuous flat ice), unlike with the icebergs which the ships simply crash into, rendering navigation impractical or even impossible in areas with high icebergs density.  In theory, all you would have to do would be to replace the icebergs with the icefloes, using the game's texture, and apply them to the same areas as the icebergs in the current version. And then do the same with the flat ice and polar cap areas. Of course, I know nothing about modding, so I don't know whether it would be that simple... Let me know if you think the idea is interesting and whether it would be feasible.  Looking forward to hearing from you, All the best

This almost dpes exactly what I need. Every view runs smoothly and the traffic board is an excellent idea. Being able to sit at an airport and watch AI take off and land is excellent. The only feature I wish was included is the ability to keep the tower view horizontal and not as at the moment level with the aircraft's wings. All in all it is an excellent utility. At the current price it is excellent value.

Great idea in principle - FSX style autogen layout / busier and more purposeful appearing urban areas however you pay with lower FPS (I went from 60 to 38 in London), microstuttering and popping scenery. I would love to love this product as it does exactly what you’d want from a world replacement. But the immersion loss or too much personally
