The product itself is nice and well done. The problem is that not all of us use 2D panels. There is a manual way via panel.cfg and xml editing to add this gauge to VC however some minor bugs with background appeared when trying to do so. I have contacted CaptainSim Support to ask them about this problem (I am sure for them changing the background or writing me how to do that would take 2-3 minutes) however after two days the only reply I got was: "Dear Stanislaw Drzewiecki, Thank you for contacting Captain Sim Customer Support. Your Ticket has been reviewed but cancelled." Well, thanks, but this is not how a professional company should work. Giving no support to customers is not fair, espacially when so little effort is needed to solve the problem. I felt like if I would ask how to activate the CS WXradar with a key generator. I am giving 2 stars, because I can't use the product the way I want to use it knowing it is possible. If you fly on 2D panel (who does it in FSX?) you should like the radar though. |
