Flight Paris CityPack represents the 2nd pane of the Flight Paris Series that comes as a complementary photo-realistic scenery to the FlightParis Scenery including the major monuments, buildings, bridges,heliports and helipads of the City of Paris.

This add-on provides you a great number of 3D objects meticulously placed on the photo-realistic textures of the FlightParis scenery and prefectly integrated within the buildings, vegetation already present in FlightParis scenery. This collection will allow you to realize a level of reality never atteined before on this type and size of scenery. An update of the FlightParis textures is also provided that enhances colors and sharpness.

In order to better locate your situation while soaring above the French capital, a detailed map is provided with all captions of monuments, objects and group of objects.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Principal monuments and major buildings of the City of Paris (about 200 objets with photo-realistic textures including des night-textures assembled in 60 geographical points).
Paris Heliport of LFPI (Issy-Les-Moulineaux) and its environment modelled in high resolution ground and building textures
6 platforms of Helipad and their environment entirely represented (landing possible): Great Arch of Defense, Ministry of Finances, Hospital of Val de Grâce, Hospital of Pitié-Salpétrière, Hospital of Lariboisière and Montparnasse Tour.
36 bridges modelled within the Parisian Beltway, the most characteristics are faithfully represented
The principal parcs are faithfully represented in high resolution ground textures (Champs de Mars, Jardins des Tuileries, Jardins du Luxembourg and Jardins des Invalides)
A detailed map is provided with all captions of the scenery
Map SIA - VAC provided for certain plateforms
The scenery includes a complete up-dating of the FlightParis scenery: textures are sharpened and re-colored

Minimum configuration required:

Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP1 or SP2 or FS2004 - Pentium or Athlon 2Ghz - 1 Go Ram
Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Seven - 150 MB free space on your hard disc
Assure you to use the latest up-date of your video card driver. These latest can be obtained on the manufacturer’s web-site

I love FranceVFR products so it disappoints me to have to write that although this is generally a very high standard, the fact that you cant land a helicopter on any landing pad (or the the heliport) without having a building crash, is very annoying.
I would like to report the bug but as I have never had any response from the help forum admin - i cannot log in to see if there is a patch coming.
The only way to use this at the moment is to switch of Crash Detect. If you do that - its great.
