The Twister is a single seat all composite aerobatic aircraft designed in Germany by Thomas and Matthias Streiker. It is a scaled up version of their world beating aerobatic model aircraft. The aircraft fulfils the Streiker brothers’ goal to build a simple and efficient aircraft, as it achieves a very respectable performance with its tiny 80hp Jabiru engine manufactured in Australia.

We hope that we've done justice to the design and its simplicity and fun nature will win over many a light aircraft pilot.

New in version 3.0 is the concept Turbine Twister, a Rolls-Royce RR300 Turboprop powered Twister for insane aerobatic fun!

  • Thirteen paint schemes in glorious 4096x4096 pixel resolution.
  • Alternate 1024 and 2048 textures in a handy texture swapper program for those with lower end systems.
  • Fantastic 3D gauges for silky smooth performance.
  • A custom paintkit in PSD format for customers to produce their own repaints!
  • A convinient model swapper tool to allow you to customise your visual models for other 3rd party avionics equipment, such as the Simflyer Series X GPX-SX.
