This was my first time ordering a cockpit dvd from Viking Aviation, but knowing that the producer has been involved with Just Planes, I felt sure to expect a dvd with quality filming. And the film delivered. Nice filming from start to end. Giving a nice look into the operation of a modern russian airliner.
I do however think the DVD is lacking in a few aspects, mainly that there is little to no system explanation from the crew, possibly due to language problems. Much of what is said is in russian so much of the conversations are lost to non russian speakers. Even so this is a DVD worth buying if you are interested in watching someting different than the usual 737's and A320's.
I would give this 4 stars for the filming and quality of production, but deduct 1 since it's almost all in russian and there is not much showing of airplane systems, and since it's a litte way up to the quality of the ITVV films and the newer Just Planes videos.
