Airport Enhancement Services (AES) - Buy 10 credits for AES. Airport Enhancement Services is a set of modules that runs INSIDE FSX and FS2004 and that will change the way how you will experience your airports.

Bonus system !

Since version 1.20 AES uses a bonus system that automatically adds additional free credits when you bought a certain number of serial codes. From version 1.99 this system is changed:

  • If you bought between 3 and 6 credit packs you get 1 free credit per credit pack you bought (so 10% additional free credits).
  • If you bought 6 credit packs you get 2 free credits per credit pack (so 20% additional credits).
  • If you bought 9 credit packs you get 3 free credits per credit pack (so 30% additional credits).
  • If you bought 15 credit packs you get 4 free credits per credit pack (so 40% additional credits).

AES - What it is and how it works:

Right after you landed and departed on the runway, a follow me van will be waiting for you that brings you to the gate or parking of YOUR CHOICE. It adapts its speed to your taxi speed and even blinks its turn signals to alert you to a turn! As you get close to the gate you will see a 3d marshaller with detailed animation (far better than any being part of scenery products!) that guides you to your location and even signs you to cut your enigine(s). Then he plugs in his headphone and tells you the blocks are in location. At the same moment the jetway starts moving towards your aircraft and will PERFECTLY align to the door on your aircraft (any aircraft!). If the gate has dual jetways BOTH will work. Even the rubber seal that keeps out the rain is animated.

When you depart the jetway is moved back (you even hear the warning siren) and the ground crew will hook up the push back truck. Of course they will inform you of progress and tell you what to do. The push back is fully automated and AES even knows EXACTLY where to put the aircraft. The push back truck looks great and even has engine sound. During the push back you are told that you can start engines (but only when the area is clear). At the end of the push back the ground crew will signal you all is clear. Fully realistic!

Features:

  • Pushback with sound, animated objects and automatic perfect alignment
  • Push-In for backward parking positions
  • Animated gates that link up perfect to the doors of the aircraft (unlike other system),
  • Moving service vehicles that link up perfectly to the aircraft (catering, air stairs, cargo, buses, cleaning and refueling services)
  • De-icing in winter
  • Boarding passengers with sound
  • Follow me car to show the way to the parking position (looks a lot better than those strange arrows used by Microsoft!)
  • Sound effects while rolling over the centerline lights at the runway
  • Simulation of water or snow at the runway
  • Highly detailed (3d) marshaller at all parking positions that do not have docking assistance systems
  • Detailed configuration of door/hatch location on aircraft, sound effects and vehicles
  • Alternative configurationfor AES Airports, momentarily in EDDT
  • New sponsor mode for special airports e.g. LSZH from FreeZ

The AES Base Pack is totally free of charge and includes numerous credit free airports (see list below). Please note that AES requires 3rd party airports to be installed previously, these are available as separate purchases, with the exception of the default Nuremberg airport. To unlock full AES service on an airport you need to buy credits. Large complex airports will need 5 credits, medium airports 3 or less.

All airports marked with 0 credits will be supported for free and without any limitations, all others can be used for 5 minutes before AES switches off (leaving the airport as it was). The others can be activated with the credits you buy.

Click to see the full list of all airports currently supported by AES

Installation and Usage:

1. Download and install the "AES Base Pack" (free demo program) which incl. the AES system and all currently available airports.

2. Buy AES credits to unlock additional airports. Read the full explanation in the AES pdf-manual!

If you have a pre-version installed, you can just install this version on top of that, it will leave all your credits and activation intact.

WINGSIM - SBTT, TABATINGA INTL AIRPORT ( AEROPORTO INTERNACIONAL DE TABATINGA) BRASIL P3D4.5-5
Timothy
This is another ridiculous bargain from WINGSIM's South American sceneries. It is gorgeous, with a lot of character--you feel like it's a real place. It's not big, but it's perfectly situated for shorter flights to other bigger South American airports. The runway's not much over 7000 feet, just enough for a 737-200 or DC-9 or A318. There are lots of great, inexpensive airports in South America, then some bigger ones like Quito, then Buenos Aires, Guarlohos and Viracopos near Sao Paulo. Discovering South American has really brought excitement back into flight simulation--the land of Ernie Gann and Saint-Exupery should be irresistible to real aviation enthusiasts.

My home city airport. What can I say: accurate, lively, precise, current, detailed, and sophisticated. Congrats and thank you to dev team!
RKBRIDGER - PITTSBURGH BRIDGES MSFS
Al
Born and raised in Pittsburgh (the Burgh) I am not totally happy. What bridges that were done, are very good. However, they are ONLY river bridges and ONLY in the immediate city area. There are 9 on the Mon (Monongahela) but stop at the railroad bridge before the Homestead Grays bridge. Up the Allegheny from the point there are 10 bridges but they stop at the 40th St (Washington Crossing) bridge excluding the Rt 8 / 62 St (Sen Fleming) bridge and north. Down the Ohio was my biggest disappointment for the river bridges. Included from the point are the West End, Brunot Island railroad bridges and the McKees Rocks bridge. Neville Island and south, forget it. Off river bridges are not included. That includes the Jacks Run (Rt 65) bridge that parallels the Ohio River a half mile south of the McKees Rocks bridge. Panther Hollow (Oakland District) has two major bridges near Univ of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Library & Museum, Carnegie Mellon Univ., Phipps Conservatory, and Schenley Park, known to almost everyone from the Burgh, Schenley Drive (near the old Forbes Field) and Panther Hollow Rd in Schenley Park. Neither are included. Additional work needs to be done on cleaning up flying cars higher than the bridge surface and cars crossing the rivers at water level under the presented bridges. Having done scenery myself, I understand that this is not easy, but can and should be done. Person-
ally this product should be renamed 'City of Pittsburgh RIVER Bridges' as there are far too many exclusions for the current title. I have mentioned only a few.

Love this thing to bits, great model, flies nicely! Just had some pink texture issues on the no-spray variants for some reason, only real issue I have noticed. Only visible from the outside.

DIGITAL DESIGN - SOCHI MSFS

What can I say? A work of art! Absolutely amazing attention to detail - they not only created the airport in painstaking detail, but also included many of the landmarks in the area. My respecet to the makers of this beautiful piece of software! If only all MSFS airports were as well made as this…

SIM SKUNK WORKS - FIAT-AERITALIA G-91 FOR MSFS
Arthur
I have been enthusiastic about this aircraft since childhood and was very happy that the G-91 is available for the MFSF. The design, the details and the presentation of the cockpit inspire me. Unfortunately, I am less enthusiastic about the flight characteristics of the Fiat. At the start I could not keep them on the runway and crashed constantly against airport buildings. SimSkunk advised me, very quickly, to switch to the aircraft model into "Modern". After the changeover I get the Gina at least in the air. There, however, it is extremely unstable, especially around the roll axis. I haven't been able to fly controlled curves so far. The elevator also hardly reacts to the instructions from the cockpit. I also fly the MB-339. It is stable in the air and reacts to rudder movements as I expect. At the moment it is not much fun to fly the G-91. Maybe there will soon be an update that stabilizes the flight behaviour.
