    • Description

    As the airport Berlin-Brandenburg isn’t operational yet, Berlin-Tegel (EDDT, TXL) still holds all the reasons for its further existence for at least the next couple of years both in real life and in Flight Simulation. This has given us enough reason to completely remodel the current state of the airport authentically. Even though the airport Tegel will finally be closed one day, those nostalgic pilots will still be able to approach the airport on the FlightSim platform.

    This add-on for Prepar3D V4 offers a very accurate and realistic recreation of the airport with high-detailed models and textures. Optimized to guarantee an astonishing graphical appearance with an outstanding performance, the airport makes for a superb flight destination. The 3D runway-lightning in combination with the animated radar and windsocks as well as static people and animated vehicle traffic create a lifelike rendition of the airport Berlin-Tegel.

    The add-on includes seasonal changes that in combination with the baked textures enable realistic light effects and authentic shadows resulting in a very authentic atmosphere.

    Rather mediocre scenery compared to todays standards, no SODE jetways, surroundings are partly missing, some textures are very cheap looking like grass etc.

    Disappointing scenery for this price. The buildings are ok, the rest is not up the standard you expect for this price. Together With Orbx Germany North it doesn't seem to fit in. Fair FPS however.

    Great Addon! As a fan of Berlin, I can say that I couldn't ask for a more presiced scenery. This scenery is just amazing and for 30 euros I can still say it's worth it. With little to none fps loose, I can only recommend it!

    Im absolutley not disappointed. Its amazing and servers for nearly photoreal pics. Lights work awesome, no fps-loss, on my small 3gb 1060. Amazing airport.

    Was expecting more from the 28 EUR product. The terminal looks nice but the surrounding area is kind of blurry (the area between the runway and the start of orbx scenery). In the background the city looks nice, but I think it is a little performance killer. A little bit disappointed with the product.
