With Physically Based Rendering (PBR) materials and highly detailed textures including decals, the addon offers a perfect visual replica of the real counterpart – including the most popular real-world liveries. The package also offers skydiver and special mission versions, allowing you to experience the aircraft in different configurations.

I'm surprised there are so few reviews for this aircraft (only 2 at the time of writing), so I want to provide a thorough one. This Tecnam P2012 for MSFS is nothing short of outstanding. The systems modeling, flight dynamics, and 3D model are all deserving of 5 stars. Having real-life experience with Tecnam aircraft, I can confidently say that the developers have captured the essence of the P2012 beautifully. The handling and overall feel are superb, which is one of the hardest aspects to nail in a simulator. The systems depth is more than adequate, with circuit breaker functionality being spot on—a detail often overlooked in other aircraft. The walk-around feature is another highlight, allowing you to check tire condition, tire pressure, oil levels, fuel quantity, and more. While it’s not overly interactive, it strikes a good balance and feels sufficient for preflight immersion. I did notice a couple of inaccuracies: the fuel caps are not modeled (the wing appears seamless in this area), and the nose wheel steering has a much tighter turning radius than the real aircraft. However, I can understand the latter as a practical adjustment for sim use. Despite these minor points, the sounds, systems, and flight characteristics are top-notch, making this a fantastic aircraft to fly in the sim. Highly recommended!

Pourquoi ne pas parler du point fort que j'apprécie particulièrement : les personnages mobiles qui sont dans la cabine, malades compris et le matériel dans la version cargo. A part ça, l'avion se pilote agréablement. C'est un de mes préférés.

I got this from the Marketplace and saw no reviews yet here. I can understand the price might turn some people off. It is a little on the high side, but for what you get I think it’s pretty fair. They did a bang up job with the textures and you do really get a beautiful aircraft. Totally utilitarian design but with nice lines and great detailing. This modern aircraft is build to deliver people and cargo to hard to reach air strips as well as fully functional airports. It’s not blazing fast by any means and cruises at a modest 170 MPH on average. It handles very well in the air and is fun to fly. It doesn’t seem to do very well in heavy ice conditions but can get through light storms easily. There is a nice walk around feature, and great interior to match the nice exterior. In short a very nice package.
