Details

Hamburg professional is rooted in the tradition of the popular and acclaimed “German Airports” series and realises Germany’s fourth-largest airport for Prepar3D V4 in the usual high level of quality.

All buildings, the runway layout, taxiways, lighting and all navigation aids match their real counterparts. High-resolution are the basis for the ground textures and make the immediate surroundings of the airport appear highly realistic. Another highlight of this scenery is the use of the dynamic Airport Enhancement Services. These animate a number of movable vehicles on the apron and the nearby motorway, thus creating an incredibly lifelike atmosphere! Animated jetways are also available that can be activated using CTRL-J after reaching the final parking position with the aircraft.

Furthermore, this scenery also features new realistic AFCAD files. These include up to date approach procedures, allowing for a realistic approach selection via the FS ATC.

Despite all these details and features, this scenery achieves a great performance.

Using it with P3DV4.4, and there it is solid, stable airport, with over 30 fps even on my old rig (i7-3700 GTX970) landing in a semi complex jet. Gates, approach patterns, GSX... all work just fine. The best EDDH for P3DV4 as far as I know, but be aware that it is an aging product. The textures and ground clutter is ok, but dont expect top notch by today's standards. Night approach lighting is fine, but apron and building lighting is quite a bit off the real thing. Still absolutely recommended for EDDH pilots.

Tja, da muss ich leider beinahe zustimmen. Keine Transparenz, kein Shadowbaking, low polygon-count überall, low-res ground. ALso da gehts mit Sicherheit besser. Das Problem ist halt das wir heutzutage Airports alla KSFO, KMSP oder gar günstige alla LHBP, LTFJ uswusw am Markt haben die im Grunde alles besser machen. Das sollte halt einfach nicht sein. Und da rede ich nicht über den Upgradepreis, der ist natürlich sozusagen gerechtfertigt. Der Preis an sich ist viel zu hoch, im Vergleich zu anderen am Markt.

Sehr enttäuschende Umsetzung. Den Titel Professional verdient dieser Airport nicht! Es ist eine leichte Aktualisierung der alten Variante. Die Glas Texturen sind zum Beispiel nicht transparent! Wer die Möglichkeit hat zu Updaten kann darüber nachdenken, ob es die etwa 5€ Wert ist, wer allerdings einen Neukauf überlegt sollte sich das Konkurrenzprodukt genau anschauen. Für die Umsetzung ist die Preisgestaltung (Neukauf) nicht in Ordnung!

This is the worst Aerosoft implementation ever. I bought the last implementations of Hamburg and i know the sourundings around the airport. This layout and textures are out of date since 2010. The Airports looks totally different right now. For the example, the gates from the low cost Airlines looks way different. Or just take a look to the textures. This is FS9 style! You wast your money if you buy that. Please don't buy it and show aerosoft that this sales strategy is not to accept. I am very dissapointet because i thought that aerosoft cares about quality and customer satisfaction but obviously the don't.
