    You can now fly the ATR 72-500 by the French manufacturer "Avions de Transport Régional" on your home PC or Mac. The ATR 72 has been built 472 times up to this date making it one of the most common regional aircraft. This aircraft is in service throughout the world, be it for passenger or freight operations.

    The ATR-72-500 is the first in–house development by McPhat Studios, formerly known for their excellent HD liveries for FSX. The top class realization and the know how in HD liveries make this ATR something special.

    I'm new to X-PLANE, I always loved ATR-72-500 aircraft so I went go ahead and got my first payware for this sim...I found out the hard way that this model is the worst aircraft software I ever got...It's like I went back in time a few years of flight simulations. It's not even close to FSX standards...and please don't tell me it's my setup...it's not.I would not recommend this software to anybody.

    The cockpit graphics are what they are, poor and not close to that of PMDG, Captain Sim or other top notch aircraft providers. There is nothing in the manual that will fix poor quality cockpit textures. Take a look at other reviews that have close up pictures of the cockpit as if you where in the pilots seat, maybe these reviewers have not read the manual either (LOL).

    Read your manual Joseph. Pages 10-14 tell you how to set up your graphics. This ATR72-14 is the most beautiful aircraft ever made for X-Plane and is among the best even to FSX standards. Although I love Simmarket and purchase just about all of my flightsim addons here, I had some credit I had to use somewhere else, but I can't be quiet and let you say that the visual appearance is in any way sub-standard on this beautiful aircraft, when I know it is just your settings.

    Beautiful Aircraft! The above reviewer has his screen resolution set way too low. Set your screen resolution correctly and you will see a beautiful cockpit and an amazing aircraft. You won't know whether to fly it or just pan around and take in how beautiful this aircraft looks. Systems may be simplified a little, but it still needs a little manual reading to fly it.

    Cockpit textures are horrible, the distant screen shots look good, but up close they look like unrefined!
