Buildings and aminations look awesome. But there is massive aliasing in this scenery(lines moving and shifting around) even with anti-aliasing turn on to anisotropic. I will try to compensate by turning on the NVIDIA anti-aliasing
This scenery is fantastic so as always massive well done to aerosoft team on yet another fantastic scenery package night textures are great aswell definitely 5stars for this very happy with this product:);)
Aerosoft did great job on this, graphics awesome when loaded properly and again this company stands by it's products with class and not trying rip off, this airport is awesome it's worth it!!
Very nice job on airport, but can't ACTIVATE ILS to land. Fighting w/aerosoft to get this fixed.I gave this 1 star because I have to fight to get this resolved.Stock ILS works fine.
Just installed Sacramento. Gorgeous!! I have a Core 2 Duo E8600 with a GT8800 card running Windows XP with only 3.5 gigs of ram; an ancient system. And guess what? It runs at 25 FPS!! Now the thing is you may, like I did, have to remove the LIB and the _LC which included all the parked cars and maybe other stuff. But The airport is not affected. Traffic? Try 100% Airline and General Aviation!!! It crashed with the LIB and _LC installed but if you got the power you may not have this problem. I give it a green light!!Go!!
It is a beautiful piece of work, absolutely gorgeous. I have a custom-built Jetline system that's getting up there in age. I have tons of payware planes and scenery. My system has able to run just every addon I have, from PMDG 777 out of LAX, ORD, JFK or any other complex area without an appreciable decrease in smoothness or frame rate. However, this particular scenery just pounded me into the ground. I eventually pulled FTX and reduced the options all the way down to off and no 3D grass. I can get it to run somewhat smoothly but it's the only scenery I've purchased that has brought my system to its knees. It is probably a situation where my system can't keep up with the newer graphics programming.
I'm adding four stars to my original review. I had originally stated that I was experiencing frame rate problems that needed to be addressed. Once I removed FTX Northern California and replaced it with in ORBX Global everything went smoothly. There's only one problem..When the AI planes land for some reason the wheels sink below the intended surface of the runway.
A fantastic airport with amazing detail and scenery, including excellent FPS and very brilliant VAS usage.
- VAS usage in the PMDG 737 was from a minimum of 2.2 GB to a maximum of 2.6 GB. After loading on to the runway and then reloading to a gate, my VAS was at a steady 2.4 GB. People seem to be reporting problems, but it is up to them to set their Prepar3D settings correctly.
- FPS and performance was also great. No stutters or frame drops. When in the VC or outside of the PMDG 737 I have been getting 40-60 FPS.
- Texture, detail and overall quality is also superb. Nice definition textures, realistic 3D grass, very detailed rendering. Highly recommended!
