Andrés Sabella “Ex Cerro Moreno” Airport (ICAO: SCFA and IATA: ANF) is located 28 km north of the city of Antofagasta, Second Region, Chile (23 ° 26 '40 "S latitude and 70 ° 26' 42" W longitude). It currently has an asphalt surface runway with a length of 2599x50 meters with a 01/19 orientation. This runway is in the process of being expanded to 2800x50 meters plus an additional express-exit lane. The airport coexists with the Cerro Moreno military air base operated by the Chilean Air Force (FACH), where the V Air Brigade is located.
