Tacloban City Airport, also known as Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport, is the main gateway to Eastern Visayas serving the general area of Tacloban, Leyte Philippines. RPVA being a Class 1 Major Domestic Airport is ranked as the seventh busiest airport in the Philippines.
In recent memory, Tacloban was heavily devastated by typhoon Yolanda in 2013 taking the lives of
6000 people. Despite the horrific catastrophe, Tacloban has since slowly gotten back on its feet. In fact, a new Passenger Terminal and Control Tower are currently under construction which are also reflected on this scenery.
This X-Plane scenery is as detailed as it can get with hundreds of custom made objects to carefully portray it's real life counterpart.
