Phuket International Airport (IATA: HKT, ICAO: VTSP) is an international airport serving the Phuket Province of Thailand. It is in the north of Phuket Island, 32 kilometers (20 mi) from the center of Phuket City. The airport plays a major role in Thailand's tourism industry, as Phuket Island is a popular resort destination. It is the third-busiest airport in Thailand in terms of passengers, after Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The airport set a record 15.1 million arrivals and departures in 2016, up 17.8 percent from 2015.

Real life localizer beam for runway 27 is offset-it's in the chart itself. If the developer really did put that in the sim then this is just great attention to detail by the developer.

The scenery and the terminal building are wonderful, but the layout of the entire airport and the runway is out of alignment with respect to the essential functions of airport takeoff and landing, SID, and STAR. Therefore, when landing on ILS 27, the guide lights will shift to the left when approaching, and the guide lights will shift to the right during the final landing. The same applies to SID. Therefore, only three stars can be evaluated. disappointing. Seeking improvement.

A lovely rendition of a nice airport that sits in a beautiful place in Thailand.
I bought this as I have travelled there many a time in real life.
Everything works as it should apart from the ILS approach for runway 27 which is slightly out.
This is the reason I only gave it 4 stars.
I now hope that someone brings Suvarnabhumi and Chang Mai Airports to life.

One of my favorite locations added finally to MSFS and, its a 5 star from myself with the work done by BDOaviation on this scenery.

At time of this review this is the largest Thailand payware airport developed for MSFS, and you have done an excellent job depicting the modern Phuket Intl Airport. Thank you for creating this.

After such a very long wait since the release of MSFS for a good addon scenery of Phuket to be released, BDOaviation has finally made this dream become reality! And a very solid, good addon it is!
The overall impression of the airport is very good, there is a good amount of ground clutter, and the international terminal has very good internal modelling as well! I would have wished for at least a bit of internal modelling of the domestic terminal as well, but that's a very minor complaint and not worth points off.
All in all, I am absolutely thrilled by this scenery, which is my first (in any sim) from BDOaviation, and will certainly be keeping an eye on what they do next, now knowing the level of their work!
