Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the main airport serving the greater Jakarta area on the island of Java, Indonesia. The airport is named after the first president of Indonesia, Soekarno, and the first vice-president, Mohammad Hatta. Located about 20km west of Jakarta, in Tangerang, Banten. Soekarno-Hatta airport began to operate in 1985.

The 2012 scenery has not been updated to reflect Terminal 3 (aprons G and H opened in August 2016) and runway 06/24 is also not included. Version 1.2 is dated Nov 2014, and taxiways WC1 and WC2 were not updated from Link Type "closed" to open "taxiway". In 2012, a 5 star rating was appropriate. In 2019, an outdated scenery, absent a price reduction ... 3-star rating.

WOW a massive well done to the BDOAVIATION TEAM on yet another fantastic scenery I love this airport and theres loads to see in it definitely 5stars from me would give them 100 stars for this scenery truly fantastic so again massive well done to the BDOAVIATION TEAM this is a must have scenery ;) ;) :)

Generally gd scenery but only gave 3 starsThe becauae i find many of the building's window appear more like there were actually no window at all as you can see through it completely be it day or night.. which I find very unrealistic. Query to support also receive NO response.

Great on FSX! I'm converting to P3D, where the aprons appear white, but everything else looks very good. Please make a small update for P3Dv3, so I can get the most of it.

Jakarta war schon lange eine Szenerie, für die ich mich interessiert habe, von der ich aber nicht genau wusste, was ich nach den Screenshots auf der Produktseite von ihr halten sollte, wesshalb ich recht lang gezögert habe, mir diese Szenerie zuzulegen. Der erste Eindruck ist zweigeteilt. - einerseits sind die Texturen der Run- und Taxiways, wie auch der Terminals über meinen durch die Screenshots geregnet Erwartungen. - andererseits sieht der Airport aber auch etwas karg aus. Positiv fällt mir auf: - Texturen im Sim besser, als auf den Produktscreenshots - Nachtbeleuchtung schlicht, aber schön! - Terminal äußerst toll anzusehen, einerseits wohl aufgrund seiner Texturen, andererseits aber auch aufgrund der schönen Umsetzung dieser im Simulator. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es aber auch einiges zu beklagen: - es gibt keinerlei 3D Lampen oder 3D Objekte auf dem Rollfeld und den Rollwegen/Runways, wesshalb diese ein wenig einsam aussehen und ein sehr 2 Dimensionaler Eindruck entsteht. - Das zugrundeliegende Luftbild könnte schärfer sein, besonders hinter den Terminals, wo man nichts mehr erkennen kann. Alles in allem fällt mir die Bewertung dieser Szenerie recht schwer. Am liebsten würde ich 3 1/2 Sterne geben. 3 Sterne würden der Szenerie nicht gerecht werden, 4 Sterne wären aber zu gut, verglichen mit anderen Produkten bei denen ich 4 Sterne gegeben habe, wie zum Beispiel Kuala Lumpur oder Mumbai. Ich habe lange über die Bewertung nachgedacht, entscheide mich dann aber doch für die 4 Sterne, da diese Szenerie doch besser ist, als viele andere 3 Sterne Szenerien. Wenn man weiß, was in der Szenerie enthalten ist, würde ich vorsichtig eine Kaumempfehlung aussprechen. Es gibt in der "Region" (aus Sicht eines Langstreckenpiloten mit Homebase EDDF gesehen!) definitiv bessere Szenerien (z.B. A_A Sceneries Kuala Lumpur), wenn man allerdings zu genau diesem Airport will, kann ich die Szenerie definitiv empfehlen. Da ich persönlich schön länger nach Jakarta wollte, und die Szenerie auch noch für knapp 20€ im Weihnachtsangebot kaufen konnte, bin ich mit ihr zufrieden. Für 25€ normalen Kaufpreis hätte ich mir allerdings schon etwas mehr erwartet (zummindest 3D Lampen um die Rollwege herum!).

After looking high and low - I FINALLY found Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta (or Soekarno-Hatta International Airport!) Jakarta for FSX. The visuals are stunning and whilst I cannot vouch for how "techincally" accurate it is, what I CAN tell you is it comes pretty damn close! I can vouch for the interior rendering of the gate areas - I was waiting in gate D41 a few months back for my flight back to Melbourne - and can honestly say that, for me, it was like sitting in there again waiting for my flight! My only gripe - and perhaps sometign the developer could 'develop' on, is the fact that moving Jetways require AES, which, while being a superlative product in its own right, I feel that including moving jetways would make this a more 'complete' package. That alone is not worth deducting the star rating of the product - it is still 5-star, and the addition of the above would give it a 6 star if it were possible! More importantly, it does NOT chew up or slow down FPS which I have seen in other packages. So to the developer, if you are Indonesian (or even if you're not), I say "Selamat" and "Terimah Kasih" for a great product. I look forward to any further updates.

Helo, i just buy and download this one. Overall this is the only best virtual airport for Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Int'l airport at this time for FSX. As im Indonesian, im very happy and proud to finally Indonesia have a very talented scenery developer. If we look at more detail. this scenery has built the new Rapid Exit Taxiway that located between the existing taxiway N2 and N3, namely new N3 which has been published by Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Indonesia 2012. Awesome details and very friendly FPS indeed! So i will recommends this scenery at the highest priority to simmer who love to fly Asia, specially Indonesia. Keep the spirit guys!
