As the original creator of the Season Pack for MSFS 2020, I've had the privilege of exploring MSFS 2024 with early access. Leveraging my familiarity and experience, I've been able to implement key improvements shortly after its release. I'm dedicated to ongoing refinement, continuously monitoring the simulator, forums, and bug reports to identify areas for enhancement. Community feedback is invaluable in helping me prioritize and make targeted updates. If you encounter any areas for improvement, please share your findings.

I'm aware that many cities, surrounding hills, and mountains still need refinement. In particular, Photogrammetry cities with combined Photogrammetry and real trees can sometimes produce oversized trees. I'm working diligently to address this issue, city by city.

My approach involves removing Photogrammetry from trees and small houses, as they often appear merged and distorted. I also remove spiky mountains and forests, while preserving main high-rise buildings and important structures. If you prefer not to have this modification, you can simply delete the corresponding file from the scenery folder.

Below are list of fixes and enhancements in MSFS 2024:

1. 1. Added missing/wrong seasons in cities in the Southern hemisphere: Australia, New Zealand, South America, South Africa.
  2. Worldwide - Added missing spring blossoms to most cities.
  3. Worldwide - Reduced oversized trees and density in cities.
  4. Worldwide - Removed trees that were too close to ocean waters.
  5. Modified and enhanced trees in Scandinavian countries.
  6. Adjusted fall season duration, with leafless trees starting December 1st. (depending on location - Warmer areas lose leaves later in December)
  7. Removed evergreen trees from seasonal areas, except for pine trees (mainly in UK and Europe).
  8. Removed palm trees from cities in following states: Washington, Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee.
  9. Enhanced all deserts' vegetation.
  10. Added more color and depth to green trees.
  11. Reduced vivid colors from eucalyptus trees.
  12. Added missing red color leaf trees to autumn trees.
  13. Reduced overpopulated trees in many areas.
  14. Added new seasonal bushes and scrubs.
  15. Removed most trees from Iceland.
  16. Removed Giant sequoia trees from higher mountains and updated trees.
  17. Removed all pine trees from shores and higher hills in Scotland and added pine plantations.
  18. Reduced excess trees from rural areas and replaced them with bushes in England and many other regions.
  19. Enhanced Birch Forest in Norway.
  20. Redesigned Los Angeles to native trees, added palm, Mexican palm, jacaranda, and cypress trees.
  21. Added pine trees in Angeles National Forest in the Los Angeles area.
  22. Removed trees from higher elevation in Canary Island, Alps, Himalayan mountains, etc. and added more variety of trees.
  23. Enhanced vegetation in Greenland (removed most)
  24. Removed bamboo forest from a few cities in Japan.
  25. Fixed bamboo trees that would drop leaves in winter.
  26. Added more olive trees in Italy, Spain, Turkey, and Greece.
  27. Added red blossom Royal Poinciana trees in Hawaiian cities.
  28. Added Shunan Bamboo Forest covering 46 square miles, Hundreds of millions of bamboo trees, covering 27 mountains and more than 500 peaks.
  29. Added Black Forest in Germany
  30. Added fern-looking plants to New Zealand
  31. Elevation fix for New Zealand - Removed trees from top of volcanoes.
  32. Added Kaingaroa pine forest in New Zealand
  33. Queenstown, New Zealand Fixed wrong trees.
  34. Updated Desert areas in New Zealand
  35. Removed spiky photogrammetry from mountains in Wellington, New Zealand
  36. Removed spiky photogrammetry from Bilbao, Spain
  37. Removed leftover trees from Antarctica and Arctic areas.
  38. Added more deciduous trees that change in fall season in the NorthEast USA.
  39. Removed pine forest from Texas.
  40. Iran trees updated
  41. Trees removed from Shiraz airport.
  42. Added palm and date trees to desert cities.
  43. Better transition of trees from cities to outside cities
  44. Added missing banana trees, date trees, and coconut trees in some of the rainforests.
  45. Cyprus Island trees updated.
  46. Trees removed from Svalbard Islands.
  47. Removed spiky photogrammetry from mountains in Bilbao, Spain
  48. Removed most photogrammetry trees from Vancouver
  49. Los Angeles - Added palm trees to beaches and few of the Beverly Hills streets.
  50. Los Angeles - Removed photogrammetry in west of San Fernando Valley, parts of Santa Monica and Santa Monica mountains and Hollywood hills. Ongoing process.
  51. Removed photogrammetry from Carson, NV
  52. Removed giant trees from Tokyo and Vancouver.
  53. Removed most photogrammetry trees from Chicago.
  54. Removed photogrammetry trees around EDDL airport in Duesseldorf, Germany
  55. Removed most photogrammetry trees from Wellington mountains in Tasmania
  56. Removed trees from Faroe Islands
  57. Added more conifer in Minneapolis, MN
  58. Cataline island trees updated.
  59. KCRW airport - removed photogrammetry from hills nearby
  60. Removed trees from Kerman - OIKK airport.
  61. Removed trees from OICC airport.
  62. Reduced pine trees and added more bushes in the Northern part of Norway.
  63. Fixed wrong trees in Milford Sound airport
  64. Larch trees added to the Alps mountains.
  65. Removed trees from EBTK airport area.
  66. Added Cypress trees from MSFS trailer to Montichiello, Italy.
  67. Caribbean island updates: Added beach watapana tree and cactus, kwihis.
  68. Removed water and trees from approximately 20 dried-up lakes in Iran.
  69. Added POI in the sim to find locations.

overall satisfied, but in some places it is too sparse (vosges mountain in France, Sequoia Park etc. more generally as soon as there is a mountain the vegetation is too sparse we can distinguish the green satellite slab of vegetation and nothing is represented or rather there are some trees but the realistic effect is not there... hoping for an update which corrects this

Welcome back Bijan. Great product. Improves the vegetation in some areas. Worth the money.

Great product, well worth getting. It adds realism to places I know around the world, and Bijan is very ope to suggestions to improve the appearance even more (like reducing trees on Islay's peat bogs)

Got this primarily to reduce the huge number of "broccoli" trees dumped all over the place in 2024. It seems to have done that so I'm very happy with it. Haven't really checked out all the other stuff but expect it to works as advertised and make a big difference - Bijan's stuff usually does!

This brings more realism to the Sim. Thx for this good overhaul... But i wish me some Flower Fields :-)

Game changing for MSFS 2024. While the default biomes are better, the placement and coverage are terrible by default. Bijan fixes so much globally and he's always adding new areas. I did have a small installation problem, even though it was ultimately my fault, Bijan stuck with me until it was resolved. Excellent customer service and I'm glad to support Bijan.
