Tabatinga International Airport (IATA: TBT, ICAO: SBTT) is an international airport in the municipality of Tabatinga, Amazonas. Located on the Brazil-Colombia-Peru triple border, it is the second busiest airport in the state of Amazonas, surpassed only by Manaus International Airport.
With the objective of strengthening the country's security on the triple border between Brazil, Peru and Colombia, the airport serves as a strategic support point for the operations of the Brazilian Air Force, Brazilian Army, Brazilian Navy, Federal Police and also supports the international aviation due to agreements signed between Brazil and neighboring countries. It operates with a regular daily regional flight, air taxis and a large number of military flights.
