The Airport of Uberlândia - Lieutenant Colonel Aviator César Bombonato is an airport in the municipality of Uberlândia, in Minas Gerais, it is the third largest airport in Minas Gerais and the 30th in Brazil in number of passengers transported, the airport has capacity to serve more than 600 thousand passengers per year, and airplanes the size of the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 after the renovation carried out in 2005. The airport is located at Praça José Alves dos Santos, in the Aclimação neighborhood, in the Airport Sector, east of the city. It has an asphalt track 2100 meters long and 45 m wide, located at an altitude of 943 m.
