Easily one of my most favorite GA aircraft in the sim thus far, updates are very quick to come out when problems arise. Upon release it had a few issues but as of 10/21 all those have been fixed and it's a phenomenal aircraft.

Great aircraft and I highly recommend getting it, the developer seems to be quick to update and fix bugs. The level of detail within the cockpit and cabin is amazing, even the passenger seat folds down.

There have been a few issues that I have came across.
-The beacon light shines into the cockpit (only noticeable at night).
-The touchpad included isn't scaled correctly so its hard to see destination on the flight plan page.
-The EGT doesn't seem to work, it will go max temp after when you full throttle and wont come down after that. (fuel flow works correctly)
-engine sounds do not change when you open the door or window. I also think that the engine sounds are a bit quiet.

Even with these issues, the aircraft is more than flyable, I would rate it above any of the stock asobo aircraft.

if the developer can takle these few issues and possibly add PMS50 GTN750 addon https://pms50.com/msfs/ i would easily give this plane 5 stars.

After the first update (v1.02) this product is coming into it's own. Up from my previous review all issues seem to have been addressed that were reported. From my vantage point the only thing left that still needs work is the prop texture. I would give this a higher rating if it wasn't for that prop texture that I have to look at constantly when flying this bird. Others have reported the beacon light still shines in the cabin and external model cowling work still needs some adjustment but at this point this is a winner. If you want to see what the early Bonanza was like before the G36 this is it.

The plane is wonderful, I've been flying for hours but there are things I miss like a GTN750 and a way to save my preferences from the artificial horizon, overall it has a great future!

I bought the latest version on 9-25 after several issues had been sorted out and must say it's already my favorite GA single or one of them - looks good, flies nicely, has that classic old plane look and smell and (major bonus) stays straight on the centerline after landing rollout unlike other payware singles. A great purchase, hopefully talented painters will create some gorgeous old 1960s/1970s liveries for this plane. And hopefully this talented developer will make us a V tail ASAP (or a Piper Comanche...or something else old and classy).

I'm bumping my review from 3 to 4 stars. The latest update just fixed a huge number of day 1 issues, thanks so much for that BRsimDEsigns!

Edited review:

The Debonair modeled is the 35-E33, which was actually a Bonanza as far as I understand (the A33-C33 were Debonairs, there was no D33 and the E33 switched to the Bonanza name.) The Debonair was essentially a Bonanza with a straight tail at a time when the V-tail 35 was popular. Regardless, for all intents and purposes this is an old school Bonanza.

Keenly, BRSim understood the Debonair's cargo potential. From the 35-33 supplement: "Careful workmanship and inspection employed in airframe construction assure that structural components will withstand flight loads in excess of FAA requirements for a Utility Category airplane at the certified maximum gross weight of 3050 pounds." Well represented by a dynamic cargo loading animation (move the payload slider to see boxes and suitcases come and go), this is nice choice for GA cargo operations in your preferred mission software.

After the first update by BRsimDesign, I strongly recommend this addon. The only things I'm really looking for are sound attenuation of the engines and an option to remove the tip tanks potentially to make the winglets more viable. It's very close to being a 5 star addon at this point.

Pros:
- It flies nicely, no issue with the aerodynamics.
- Model and texture quality is very good overall.
- Animations are mostly excellent.
- Opening doors (2) and window (1).
- The dynamic cargo loading is really cool.
- Fuel transfer system works well.
- Everything is truly clickable.
- Working circuit breakers.
- Nice selection of 8 liveries to start with, not sure if there's a paint kit though.
- Swappable electronic attitude indicator.
- Toggleable static elements are modeled.
- No issues encountered with any navigation equipment.

Cons:
- The sounds are not original from what I understand.
- No sound attenuation for the engines when opening doors/windows.
- Engine sounds are too a bit too quiet still.
- Winglets on tip tanks doesn't make sense + No option to remove tip tanks.
- I had to use 'b' to recalibrate the altimeter because when doing it using the mouse-wheel it had a tendency to fully reset itself, this happened several times. The mouse-wheel can be used to increment it, but not decrement, that causes the reset for me.
- The avionics switch doesn't seem to come on when I use the Honeycomb Alpha (but the avionics themselves do so it's not a huge deal.)

Very good model and works really perfect. Will like to have the GPS changeable with GTN750 from PMS50 . Some cool options like the side cargo door and the mechanical to digital switchable attitude Indicator.

This bird has great potential but has some glaring issues that need patching:

1. Oversized model when sitting next to comparable aircraft
2. Uses the default G36 sounds (this trend needs to stop)
3. Night lighting needs to be improved. Cockpit too dark, no taxi lights, and landing lights don't extend far enough when viewed from the cockpit
4. Knobs in the cockpit reversed like the parking brake

This will be a great add-on if patched. We'll see how this new developer does going forward.

Very nice aircraft, easy to fly and FPS friendly. I fell in love with this aircraft as soon as I installed it. It's a buy, buy, buy and a must for the GA collection. Thank you BRSIMDESIGNS!
